✦ Other Services ✦
✦ Size, Resolution & Files ✦
✦ Progress & Time ✦
- Commission types not listed here have different pricing depending on complexity, size, style and other factors and follow the same rules and ToS as my regular commissions (unless stated or agreed otherwise). These types include, among others: posters, banners, comic strip(s), vector animation.
- Keep in mind unlisted commission types will likely not be the same price as illustrations of the same type; for example: a clean sketch comic won't be the same as a sketch illustration, a lot more work goes into it!
✦ Size, Resolution & Files ✦
- Image size will depend on the nature of the request, however, illustrations are usually larger than 1280x720 pixels and the resolution I work with is 300dpi. Icons are 500x500 and chibis about 750x750 or larger depending on complexity and other factors, such as the number of characters requested.
- If you'd like your piece to be a certain size (i.e. your PC wallpaper size) you must let me know beforehand in case it's bigger than what I have in mind or in case I need to charge you extra for it (i.e. extensive complex backgrounds and details).
- Files: For commissions with no background (or simple ones) you might ask for a transparent PNG file and another with a white background. If you'd like a 100% quality JPEG, let me know. For commissions with full backgrounds you'll most likely receive a PNG and full quality JPEG. All files will be coded in RGB.
✦ Progress & Time ✦
- A piece can take from a few days to a week to a whole month (or more); this depends on my availability, college schedule and other life events - as well as it depends on how big or complex the piece is. (Regardless) You can ask for progress on your commission at any time once you've started paying or have fully paid for it.
- I usually work on several pieces at the same time and try to update my queue accordingly. You're free to take a look at it whenever you'd like.
- Updates will usually be given to you via private/direct message or email every time I make some major progress on the piece or wish to ask if it's going the right direction. For example: you could get an update when I sketch it, one when I do linework, another when I color it and a final one after applying filters or revising the piece.
- To stay on topic with the last point, feedback is vital every step of the way. You can ask me to change anything at any point, this is your commission! However keep in mind that if you ask for a major change once I'm past the sketch stage I will likely charge you extra.
- While I give estimated "deadlines" you can set one yourself but this must be done before I've approved your piece and it becomes part of my queue. Additionally, I might charge you extra if you want me to work on something for a certain date and the only way for me to do so is by pushing other things aside.
SPECIAL COMMISSION GUIDELINES
✦ Sketch Page ✦
*IMPORTANT! Colors for the limited palette exclude: line and background color; this means that besides those 2 (two) there can be up to 3 (three) more colors. When the presence of another shade of a color is minimal, it will not be counted towards the full amount, for example: Ziggy's helmet features several shades of the same blue and Yskra's sketch page has a few shades of cyan due to layer transparency. Please note that due to these color limitations if I don't see a way to make a request work, it will be rejected; this type of commission is not ideal for characters with complex or extremely diverse color palettes.
- Sketch pages are pieces which feature several sketches of a single character, the current base price is meant to cover 5 (five) sketches in monochrome or colored with a limited palette*. If you want more sketches or characters the price increment will have to be calculated on request.
- Depending on character complexity and the distribution of the artwork sketch pages may not feature any full body.
- Depending on artwork distribution, character pages may feature chibi sketches and decorations.
- Sketch pages may feature: minimal shading, halftone and color fade.

✦ Reference Sheets + Design Work ✦
- Reference sheets include the following:
- At least one (1) fullbody pose.
- Simple (or themed) color palettes and annotations.
- Decorative graphs.
- Character (and Outfit) design:
- Visual references must be submitted for all design work. Even if it's only visual aid for the aesthetic direction, it's vital. You can submit photos, mood boards, color palettes, artwork or concept art from existing media, videogame character creator screenshots or other character maker, etc.
- Initial sketch design exploration work is covered by the fee. However, once you chose something from the initial digital and/or traditional batch of sketches and I move forward with it, you will be charged (depending on severity) if you want major reworks to what was already agreed upon or decide to have everything scrapped to start over.
- Redesigns may have a lower fee, based on the amount of work to be done.
